Dear Dr. Gail:
When addressing people in business or in pleasure, in writing or verbally, remembering their names us critical. I noticed that in my Management Communications class and in many other classes, people do not address each other by their name.
Also, people do not sign their names to posts. Why I wonder.
Maybe because of the following:
1. They are afraid of what a person will think of them and their thoughts?
2. They do not care about the person enough to address them by their name?
I think this a good question to bring up in class.
Respectfully,
Janice
